At Med Supper Club, the mutual enjoyment of our venue by all guests is at the heart of our existence. We strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience, please take note of the following policies.

Reservation Policy

We appreciate your reservation and will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this grace period, we may release the table to accommodate other guests.  A credit card is required to secure a reservation; $25 per person charge may be applied for no-shows and reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation.

Code of Conduct

We value your safety and the comfort of all our guests. To maintain a respectful and secure atmosphere, we have the following guidelines:

  • Sitting on top of our booths or window sills is strictly prohibited.

  • We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or aggression.

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in accordance with the City of Ottawa ByLaws.

  • Occasionally, photographers and videographers may be present to capture content for our marketing materials. If you have any concerns about being included in such content, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Dress Code Policy

Med Supper Club is an opulent and luxurious venue meant to celebrate life’s special moments for a mature crowd. Please respect our wishes to elevate everyone’s experience and dress to impress. Guests wearing running shoes, casual & sportswear will not be permitted entry at all times; 30+ age requirement is in place at all times.

Our reception team reserve the right to turn away guests if they are deemed to be unsuitably dressed.

Any guest who, in theory, complies with our dress code but may not be sufficiently well-presented, could be refused entry to Med Supper Club. Management reserves the right to remove or refuse admission to any party deemed to be unsuitably dressed or causing a disturbance to other guests.

Photo & Video Policy

We kindly ask you to use discretion when taking photos,  the comfort of your fellow diners is our priority. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment, aggression or disturbances to other guests.
